What we demonstrate at handover
We do not expect customers to learn everything from a screen. Independent rentals include a practical checklist.
Assembly
Board, mast, propulsion, wings, battery connections and protective components.
Controls
Remote pairing, power levels, wrist leash, safe trigger use and shutdown.
Charging
Correct connection order, dry connectors, ventilation and a safe charging location.
Operating area
Adequate depth and distance from swimmers, ropes, boats, rocks and shore.
After-sea care
Shutdown, fresh-water rinsing, drying and a visual condition check.
Return and deposit
Return time, package contents, equipment condition and deposit-release process.

Safety
Important points a video cannot replace
Sea conditions change. Always follow the handover instructions, local rules and the limits of your experience.
An eFoil needs depth
Only power the propulsion in adequate depth, well away from people and obstacles.
Use protective equipment
Use a helmet and flotation vest for eFoiling; match Subnado equipment to the activity.
Keep battery connections dry
Inspect connections before use. Never charge wet, damaged or overheated equipment.
Do not ride independently without agreement
Beginners should take an introduction or supervision. Experienced riders must confirm ability.
Weather comes first
Strong wind, waves, thunderstorms or poor visibility may require rescheduling.
Rinse after salt water
Salt shortens equipment life, so thorough fresh-water rinsing is mandatory.

Do I need to watch every video?
No. Watch the videos relevant to the product you book. We demonstrate the critical steps at handover.
Do the videos replace a lesson?
No. They help explain the equipment. Beginners should take a practical introduction and supervision.
Can I assemble the eFoil myself?
That depends on the package and experience. We confirm whether the system is delivered assembled or demonstrated for customer assembly.
Which Subnado suits a family?
Standard is the most versatile, Lite is the lightest, Plus is the most powerful and the SUP Kit is for a paddle board.
Does this include every Waydoo video?
It includes the official videos most useful to our rental customers. Use the official channel link for new releases and specialised service content.
