Weather and rescheduling
We assess wind, waves, visibility, thunderstorms, traffic and local conditions. We may change time or location, postpone or cancel if we judge operation unsafe.
If the operator cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the unused paid portion is refunded.
Customer cancellation
Exact deadlines and any fees are stated in the written offer or confirmation before payment. Bookings for a specific date or period may be exempt from the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right.
Mandatory safety rules
Helmet, vest, remote safety strap and compliance with instructions are mandatory.
- do not ride among swimmers or near divers
- never power the foil in shallow water
- keep distance from shore, rocks, vessels and people
- no alcohol or drugs
- stop immediately after damage, warnings or abnormal behaviour
Battery and storage
Charge only in a dry, ventilated, safe place with the approved charger. After salt water, rinse with fresh water and protect equipment from heat, sun, moisture, theft and impact.
