What Should You Wear and Bring to Your First eFoil Session?

Basic clothing for the water

In summer, swimwear or flexible sports shorts are normally sufficient. A thin wetsuit is useful in cooler water or wind.

Avoid loose clothing, jewellery and objects that may catch on equipment or disappear in the water.

What to bring to the location

Bring a towel, drinking water, sun protection and dry clothing for afterwards. Keep phones and documents in a dry bag or vehicle.

Use sunglasses only with a secure strap. Apply sunscreen early enough that your hands are not slippery on the board and remote.

Safety equipment comes with the rental

The agreed package includes a helmet and suitable safety vest. Before entering the water we check fit, remote operation and the rule of releasing the trigger immediately.

Do not substitute personal protection unless it is appropriate for motorised water sports and allows full movement.

Physical preparation

Arrive rested, hydrated and alcohol-free. A light meal beforehand is preferable to a heavy meal immediately before riding.

Tell us about injuries, limited mobility or anything that could affect kneeling, standing or falling safely away from the board.
